ชีวิตช่วงต้นและการศึกษา ของ ราเมศ บัลวานี

ราเมศ บัลวานีเกิดในประเทศปากีสถานจากครอบครัวชาวสินธีที่นับถือศาสนาฮินดู[1][8] ครอบครัวนี้ย้ายไปประเทศอินเดีย[1] และต่อมาอพยพไปที่สหรัฐ ใน ค.ศ. 1986 บัลวานีเริ่มศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีที่มหาวิทยาลัยเทกซัส ออสติน โดยเข้าร่วมเป็นสมาชิกขององค์การนักศึกษาปากีสถาน[9][10] เขาได้รับปริญญาตรีสาขาระบบสารสนเทศ[10]
